My Fee

Well this are pretty simple, I offer 3 ways of servicing your computer,

1) House Calls - This is when a customer needs me to go to their location and service there computer , The fee for this is 50.00 for the first computer and 30.00 for each additional computer .

2) Drop Off - This is when the customers decide to drop the computer off to my location for service, Usually the customer will wait or drop off and pick up in a few hours, All work are done the same day and 99 percent of the time, I could have thePC ready within less then 4 hours. So making sure you be able to take your computer back home or office the same day. - Fee for Drop Off is 25.00 for each PC , If you cant afford the 25.00 drop off fee, I will gladly waived it and fix it for free .

3) Remote Computer Service - This is when a customer request help via the Remote Desktop, With the new feature, I will be able to connect to your computer and service it from my location without you having the need to bring your computer over , This is usually done for customer that are not able to bring their computer to me or disable . The customer will see everything thing I do on the computer and with the help of the customer most problem could be fix online usually within the hour. But this service if only offer if the problem could be fix via remote desktop . The fee for remote desktop is 35.00 per session .
