This unit does not require any extra installation, all you need to do is plug it in. The listed price for a brand new one is $3,655. Not only is it almost like new, it also has an additional $500 worth of accessories that I am including with the unit. It has the Nozzle Adapter Kit which converts airflow from louvers to nozzles or cold air ducts, the Nozzle Kit which is 5" diameter white plastic nozzle that extends up to 3-1/2' in length, the Cold Air Flange Kit to use with cold air ducts, and the Condensate Pump Kit. This is perfect for room cooling, especially in offices. It works great, and blows refreshing cold air!
